    Honestly, in the context of the korean dish (yukhoe) this actually looks really good, good quality beef, great slicing, and nice marbling! Maybe a bit plain looking but by no means comparable to some of the other stuff on the sub (like the cheese and ground turkey guy 💀)

    But still, it’s literally a plate of raw meat. I can also see why it belongs here lol

    Edit: I am now realizing that what I thought was egg yolk is just a spot of oil or a marking on the plate. Either way, it’s probably still good. Is there anything acidic in here?

    Do try adding an egg yolk, too. There are those pasteurized Japanese eggs that can be safely eaten totally raw.

    Is this in the middle of prepping it? I’m not talking about the rawness of the meat. It looks like it’s missing some toppings. It’s not really food porn if it’s not done being prepped, it’s just ingredients. That being said, I’ll throw down on some yukhoe.
